Your not crazy or alone . Lots of people deal with this. I deal with ocd. Know that everything has a season, let it pass and you will see bright days. We are and gonna move in and out of dark times.so if you get to a really bad spot remind yourself of this. [This too shall pass.] be blessed and prepare for your battles because sometimes we are on the front line without notice.:)

Great Lesson and advice, I think the first thing is admitting that I need some professional help for my anxiety and depression. It also helps to define what it is I have and understading that I am not crazy or alone although I feel like it. I can't pill this away, work it away, yoga it away. All those things may have it purpose but they dont solve the problem. Thank you so much I'll call my doctor and see what it is they can do for me. Sincerely, tiredofstressing.com
