Oh La La, I Speak French!
I'll assume you're trying to play a video using a web browser (Firefox/Chrome) and not from within our mobile app.
It sounds like you need to turn on Flash for Curious in Firefox if that's the browser you're using. The easiest way to do this is to click on a video on Curious.com in Firefox. Once there, you should see a light or dark gray rectangle with two "ears" in the left hand side of the URL bar. Click the icon and in the little popup menu select allow Flash for Curious.

For the Chrome browser, you may need to follow the "The site needs Flash to work" instructions (found at the link below) when you're on our website to allow Flash:

Check your Chrome "Ask first (recommended)" flash setting is enabled at chrome://settings/content/flash

You can test your browser flash installation by going to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and you should see in Step 5. yellow clouds moving and a tire swinging from a tree branch.
