I do appreciate the informative first lesson, which I have no doubt will appeal to quite a lot of people. Unfortunately for me, this lesson is not applicable to me, I am already a retired house owner. Please do not take my comment as a criticism. They are useful and informative information which will help people in making an informed decision. None of the items in the table of contents suits my need.
