Hi Cody,
You can start with size 10 beading needle. You can purchase beading needles and beads from Amazon.com. Just search for beading needles, I recommend John James or Tulip. I would like to recommend that you check my basic bead weaving course. I go over materials and then I teach how to do 10 different beading stitches. The beaded tear drop earrings are a bit complicated for the beginner. I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if I can help you further. --JP
