I use a 2-handed forehand and backhand. As a woman, it gives me more power.

Great advice and the forehand...going to work on footwork and keeping my left hand/arm at shoulder height such that i keep hitting the ball at the same location...wow, now i will be able to look for these features next time i'm on the Tennis Channel...Cheers, Hal
