Tip for cutting the headpins to 1.5cm (15mm) before making the loop. Find a scrap bead that measures 15mm from where the pin enters to where it exits. A round 15mm bead should work, but measure it as all beads aren't round! After you have placed the beads you *want* on the headpin, add the scrap bead. Cut the headpin flush up to where it exits the scrap bead. Remove the scrap bead and you have a perfectly measured 1.5 cm length to make your loop. All your loops will be the same size.
