    Love your video. I have several aloe plants. I am interested in trying the cleansing recepie but I can't imagine how I will get a quarter cup of aloe gel. Do you have tips on how to get the gel out of the plant? I have used it in my smoothies but rarely get more than a teaspoon.

Check out this blog post with instructions for how to get the most aloe gel safely out of your plants: http://www.holisticallyhaute.com/2014/05/extract-aloe-gel-without-stabbing.html You can also blend or puree your gel once you extract it to get a smoother consistency, which gives you more workable volume.
