How can Reason be prideful... Is it not prideful of Fideism to put man on a pedestal and claim for itself the truth to whatever problem arises and be certain?

How can you believe in a doctrine without reason, how are you to disprove other religions to champion yours if we are to blindly believe the one we so choose. Am I making sense as a 9th grader

I imagine that the "you" in your comment isn't directed to me personally, since I don't actually do or say one ought to do any of those things you're writing about. Philosophers of religion generally don't do those things either. As to your first comment, Fideism doesn't put the human being on a pedastal
