So? Do we not ever take out the paper? And leave the 1st thread in? How do I finish the quilt??? This would be like a sheet? Very nice print idea, and I would live to do something like this. Is there a second video?

Yes, when you're finished with the quilt top (the pattern you just created is only a top) remove the first stitched thread which will release the paper. You can remove the paper from the open back. Once you have removed all the paper you can add batting to the middle and a back and it will make a quilt.
