The timeout to watch something funny or just go a for jog has really helped me. But, most important was admitting to therapist I need help. Letting go of my pride and that I can handle it, was the biggest step. Thank you so much for video. Glad I watched it in its entirety.

I've only attracted women with anger management issues. I recently married for the 2nd time. Time-Outs are helpful, but the most important step to permanent change is therapy. Without professional help, anyone with deep seeded anger has little hope of ever living a positive life.

Hi Raphael. I completely agree that couples therapy really is the best thing. I think we should all go all the time! And I get that it's something that many people have a hard time getting to or paying for. Admitting we need help and opening up to a stranger scares too many people away. If only everyone knew how fruitful and enjoyable it can be. -Julian

Not a father or even a male, just a girl with anger/reactive problems. Growing up my parents were very reactive, and caused me a lot of tears. I vowed never to be like them, yet lately I've noticed myself slipping into their tendencies. This helped a lot, thank you. The time out thing helps A LOT.
