Is there a certain amount of time I should spend doing this ? Or is it just however long I feel like it? P.s I love it!!! And how long till I see results!

Hi, you should do it for as long as you feel comfortable. As soon as you experience pain or discomfort, stop, as you have then reached your threshold level. Everyday you can expand the amount of time you put into the exercise and result times are dependent on various lifestyle factors. But I would say on average a couple of weeks! Hope that helps. Anita
