Good recipe for a healthy and tasteful shake! Ok...I. Don't want to criticize you...it sounds like you originally spoke with a foreign language, which is fine! But...avocado I've never heard it pronounced al-co-KAY-do. Kay as in a long A. Only have heard it pronounced and I only say it avocado as in also-COD-o. Like Cod short O...like the fish...Cod. But...like I said however you say it is ok with you, and I can get used to it. Bye and thank you!
