Allow me to introduce myself. I am a former lululemon manager turned pastry chef turned healthy chef and health coach! And ever since I could pick up a pencil, I've been a writer. In the last 5 years, I've put it all together and starting writing recipes for both life and food on my website. I'm also the editor of the health & wellness section for a magazine called The Good Men Project.

I spend my time writing articles about health, cooking, recipe testing, and coaching clients on how to live their best lives. And it all starts with the plate :)
