Great question, I usually take several hundred dollars on each disaster deployment in small bills. Most recently during Hurricanes Irma and Maria, all of the ATM's were out and it was difficult we ended up on a extended deployment for both Hurricanes in Puerto Rico and USVI. It was, even hotel transactions were cache. So depending on what you are doing and the mobility of where you plan on a good amount of cache on hand.
