Your cardigan is very simple and cute! Although your cardigan is very simple, your tutorial is written for someone with sewing experience. Your cutting section should instruct to allow extra for hems, seams, etc. And you are not very clear about your measuring. A beginner seamstress would have been confused about the mid-section measurement. I do love the project - it is really cute!

This tutorial leaves a lot out. If someone were not an experienced seamstress, they would end up with a failed attempt at a cardigan. You should include a section that shows how you cut the sleeves, and some instruction should be included to tell that your mid-section (or bust) measurement should be divided by 4 (since your fabric is folded twice) and to allow for seams on the sides and arms.

I loved your lesson. I did notice that you had beautifully serged edges which was not mentioned in your instructions. Since not everyone has a serger, a quick tip on how to conceal the raw edges before or during hemming would be helpful. Thank you

Most of us with a hearing loss try to avoid all background noise. Next your demonstrator spoke English as a second language. Again, folks with a hearing loss have a lot more difficulty understanding folks who are not native English speakers. If I could have understood this video, I know I would have loved i
