Carol Dweck, Ph.D., is one of the world's leading researchers in the fields of personality, social psychology, and developmental psychology. In 2007, she published the book “Mindset: The New Psychology of Success,” which has over 1 million copies in print. She has held professorships at Columbia and Harvard Universities, and has been elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. She is now a professor of psychology at Stanford University.
