I would love to watch but after almost 2 hours dealing with the horrible lag, I'm moving on.

Austin. Sorry to hear about the delay in buffering. I have passed this on to the technical guys to look at.

This was a useful lesson on how to manage time. I am using just my mind and it helped show the inefficiencies of that. Thank you!

Not sure I completely agree that quadrant 4 includes things like checking e-mail and cleaning the house. Those seem like quadrant 2 activities because they are important, but not urgent. They could become quadrant 1 because, if ignored for too long, they start to infringe on your productivity. Quadrant 4, not important and not urgent, I saw as watching TV and other things that should be entirely minimized.
Bruce Wade
Conor I agree with you. Each person has different priorities that they need to put into different quadrants. Some you see as Q2 activities may be Q1 or Q4 for others. That is why we go through the framework with a few examples then allow you to set your own standards on where activities in your life fits best. But of course honesty needs to be applied at all levels, so we don't lie to ourselves and just spend time in bed doing nothing thinking it is a Q1 activity. Thanks for your input.

Teaching another valuable lesson in the comments! Always try to see things through other's perspectives. Thanks Bruce, great answer.
