Hi Anne, thank you for the video very nicely done! I’m a student and have always just eat microwaved precooked food. I want to focus my free time on eating better, is there a way you recommend getting started or maybe some resources to check out? Please let me know, thanks!

Hi Allen, the #1 tip is to incorporate fresh fruits and vegetables to your current diet. About 2-3 pieces of fruit per day as snacks or with meals. Making salads with vegetables is super easy, too, because you don't need to cook. Pick 2-3 veggies and add some good fats like olive oil, some lemon juice, and a couple of boiled eggs or some chicken breast or lentils. Start small, one step at a time.

I'm finding that the older I get, the less my body tolerates animal foods. In the United States, since the 50s the nutrient values in plant foods has decreased, so I'm trying to grow as much of my own food as possible with natural farming techniques. Thank you for this information. It was informative and concise. I will check you out on iTunes.
