It feels like I have to push really hard on my glass cutter to score the glass is that normal?

Hmm..if you're using a pencil grip, then pushing 'really' hard or having hands that shake is not necessary. Try standing up when you cut, to get shoulder pressure to lean down into the wheel. Or, use your other hand to wrap around the other (thumb on top) to gently push down. See if those tips work. It does take practice to get consistent pressure and consistent scores that break successfully, every time. Let me know if this helps? Thanks! Angela
