Hi Emmanuel, We recommend that you train slowly enough to avoid pains - build yourself up slowly and make sure you are are watching your form. If you get pains you should rest yourself and use ice. If you have any serious pain you should go to a doctor to make sure you did not accidentally create a serious problem. Eat well, get enough sleep, don't take risks and you will stay healthy for a long time!
