I have a spinal cord injury and have spasms in my IT bands and calves due to this injury. PTs have assigned these to be done every other day - they are a life-saver for me especially as I must walk for my physical fitness! Thanks for the refresher. The pulsing had not been suggested and since adding it, the foam roller is much more effective! Thanks - kathykwiltz@hotmail.com
