I swear I have 2 left feet! These teachers were much better than the wii mii lady that says oooh try again! ;) I actually felt like their style of breaking it down made it so much easier. As long as I don't start overthinking the steps I think I can actually do this. The best part: no witnesses of me tripping and tangling my feet to a contortion that doesn't even exist on the game twister! FYI: This picture represents what my salsa dance looks like when overthununk ;)

I followed Pink Pistachio's lesson exactly and the results were awesome! I was worried mine wouldn't look as good since it was my first time, but I think they look great! Really simple to do, & fun!
Even though our team lost, the guacamole was a win! I wasn't in the mood to measure... so approximated some of the ingredients, and only used half of the onions. Tasted delicious.
The potatoes were a huge hit at Thanksgiving! I followed the Rouxbe recipe pretty closely except I didn't use fresh ground nutmeg. I used Yukon potatoes and whole milk with a few dashes of half and half.
