    Pandora, You inspired me to start with polymer clay and make the commitment to give it a go:). I do have a question about colour mixing tho. I have just started making some decent canes and blends now that I have all the materials, tools etc I needed (my first try with small amounts of clay were terrible lol ). my issue now seems to be the availability of, or apparent lack of availability of zinc yellow and a cobalt blue to blend clear vibrant colours without muddying. Any way round that ?

    I like ultramarine blue and cadmium yellow but I know what you mean. If you place a tall thin triangle of white between the colors when making a blend it sometimes helps the transition from one color to the next.
