This man is not conducive to my listening focus. Too much fillers in between the explanation. I've taken courses of government in freshman college, which was far better than this educator. And that's saying a lot. I've chosen to pass it. I keep losing focus. No clear pauses in between new ideas, so on. Rushed. Also, clearly he is reading his cue cards, which seem over the fence?

The supremacy clause question is graded wrong.... also would help if you define federalism to begin with. Yes, some of us are that stupid. Also hard to follow you a bit, since you don't define key terms on the outset.
