I'm 38 & my life has been brought into a fair amount of disarray recently. Between learning about a couple of medical conditions that I have, dealing with medical issues i was already treating, my full time job, & my family; Life has been feeling rather overwhelming. I'm attempting to simplify & organize my life. I know that it might seem counterproductive to add more to my plate in order to balance & repair it, but I feel that bringing reading back into a prominent position in my life is... tbc

...important. This now is where my question comes into play, do audio books count?
Vladimir Raykov
Yes, they do. It's the knowledge (the information in the book), not the medium (ebook, hardcover book, audio book) that matters.

Instead of Reading a Book, does Listening to Audio Book as effective?
Vladimir Raykov
Yes, it is. If you are an auditory learner, listening to an audio book or online course would be great! My recommendation is just don't completely remove the reading.
