Thank you for the variation on the French 75 for a crowd. I've got it in mind for a wedding reception since it's such a festive and unique break from straight champagne--not that I don't love good champagne on its own.

Hi Demetra, I know it's hard to keep things straight with me throwing so much information at you in these lessons, this one in particular. There's actually an attachment with each lesson that has fully written recipes and a recap of everything covered. So you can refer to that for the recipes.
