Good explanations & recipes. Would like to see the dredging & dipping process on camera rather than just referred to before it's dropped in the oil. That may require another camera or an assistant. Great job with other than that ????????

I would think that you should have the seven shrimp prepared to put in the oil at the same time--it must have been hard to tell which was done first. How can "large" shrimp be 10 to a pound? Humongous shrimp (for stuffing) are 16 to a pound. Video longer than necessary and it would be nice to see a LIST of ingredients. Recipe sounds good, however, and I may try it. Do they freeze well?
