    What can I use to replace the alcohol in this recipe?

    If you can't have alcohol you can substitute it for any liquid you'd like. For the vermouth, I would use something that tastes similar to white wine (white grape juice at the very least), for the gin something with a mild woodsy pine-like flavor (my initial thought is root beer, but that's pretty potent. Maybe spruce soda?), and the limoncello I would sub with lemonade.
