This is terrible technique and really poor form! Go to a Pilates Studio and get some privates so you can properly share this fantastic method. Your list of KEY points is also incorrect. How can you Arch your back and imprint at the same time? Do you mean flex forward? keeping your head off the ground is NOT a key point in core work if it's not coming from the right place. There are NO abs in your neck. Please update your content so as not to miss inform people. Thanks
