    A lot of talk, a lot of mind wandering, someone A.D.D, it's hard to follow fully without getting distracted. The lesson I would say would go great but cutting to the chase of everything but leaving up in the corner of the picture a bullet point note pad for info like to dilute mixture add 1/3 water for high strength, something like that so viewer can listen along but not miss important needed facts.
