The first topic which comes to mind is about setting healthy boundaries at the beginning of a new relationship. I've changed hugely since my earlier relationship began when I was 19 ;-) and I've learned a lot about myself. I'm done with self-censoring in concern for someone's fragile ego yet I don't want to be demanding nor aggressive. I'm practicing what feels like (to me) healthy assertiveness and clear communication of my wants and needs. Any thoughts? Your Beacon Buddy, Anne

Anne, you are in the right spot! Im so glad you grew and stood your ground in this area. Keep practicing. I'd say it took me about 3 years to learn, and 3 months to execute and maintain. Now its smoooooth sailing! (You can do it in less time!) And a new video on boundaries is on the way!
