I obviously don't have Excel; I use Open Office. I promised myself that I would complete the first free tech lesson that came up just to keep my brain functioning. I enjoyed your lesson with a sort of nostalgia. You were a very good teacher so it made me miss teaching. Thank you and I really enjoyed it.

I wanted to capture the essence of her giving energy to the tree. It seemed full of life. The challenge for me was I couldn't keep her shadow out of the frame and keep the tree balanced in the picture. So I had to leave the shadow.
I drilled a hole in a slightly chipped tea cup so I could plant an African violet. The hole provides needed drainage.
I thought this would be a great dessert for my family's Thanksgiving dinner. I watched the lesson and followed the provided recipe and it turned out great. A huge crowd pleaser. I didn't have a food processor, so I used an electric hand mixer which worked out fine. Thanks Rouxbe! I cannot wait to try other recipes.
