Where do I find the download sheets for taking measurements?

when viewing the video, at the top right is a paperclip. Click on that and click on the pdf for the measurement sheet.

I really did like this lesson as I stitch my own clothes, but unfortunately I cannot afford to take the whole class. It would have been wonderful to know how to draft
