There are several expressions of genes with Albinism regarding eye color. Although many have blue eyes( which appear pink due to blood vessels, some have hazel or even brown pigments. But, she certainly could be wearing contact lenses.

Is she wearing contacts? Albinos don’t have brown eyes.
