Why is are non-Sudanese or white professionals given a voice to talk about what's going on in Sudan? There are no activists or journalists that can speak on this issue? It may be accurate but I'd rather hear from a local Sudanese journalist who's familiar with the situation/context of what's happening.

Sharin (spelling?) is non-white from what I understand. I don’t know that she’s Sudanese but she embeds in the overall Middle East/ Eastern Africa and does a good job IMO of touching on local feelings
