I'm a skier, runner, and yes.. a man. This is no "girly" workout! My wife made me do it, but between us... It's REALLY good for us guys.

Welcome!! So glad to have some great reps in the male contingent. When I was an undergrad in college, our D1 football team did Pilates, so know you're not as much in the minority as you may think!
