It would be nice if some of these workouts were geared a little bit more towards the baby boomer generation who has some additional limitations. For example herniated discs, bad knees or hips, that sort of thing. Do you think we could get some workouts for those of us out here that want to stay in shape that can’t do all of these extreme cardio workouts?
Passion Fit
Thank you so much for your detailed and valuable feedback! I'll keep this in mind for any future videos I may put up on Curious.com. Please note that all of the exercises in my videos can be modified. I would encourage you to avoid jumping or bending at the waist if you have knee or back/hip problems. Tuck in your core to protect your back, use your legs to bend down, keep your knees soft and step vs. jump to avoid too much impact. I hope that helps and thanks again for your feedback!

The high jump is way to much for me. Any alternative for us mature women, maybe a hop?
Passion Fit
Thanks for your feedback. Yes, you can definitely replace the high jump with a light hop or even a squat if you don't want to have any high impact. The important thing is to keep your body moving to keep your heart rate up. However, please do modify the movement to prevent any injuries. Take care and happy holidays!
