It is not clear how you handled the back half of the pot. Isn't there a problem with new grout overlapping with the old grout when one is wet and the other dry? Also, it would have been nice to see the inside of the pot once the grout was applied as you suggested.

Thanks for watching our lesson, Darlene! We didn't have any problem at all where the dry grout and set grout met on the back of the pot. We just applied the grout, smearing it up against the dried grout edge on the back. Once all the grout cured, you couldn't even see where the old grout and new grout met up. Let us know if you run into any problems when you do yours. We'd love to help if there's a problem!
