i live in south central texas, chilies are a daily occurrance, dietarily speaking. a teaspoon of honey wold have given the same relief as the milk, but w/out the lactose intolerance. but, bravo for your ability to speak and suffer at same. i enjoy your videos, have learned a lot. keep it up.

Terrible!!!! Youare not teaching anything, since one can' understand. Everybody knows chillis are hot. What is your point to eat one while giving or trying to give the info?
