Robinhood is going public. Can its unusual plans for investors hold up?

Robinhood, the online brokerage with the app that grants commission-free trading to investors, is going public. However, its offering stands out because of its plan to make up to 35% of its shares available for investors to purchase. We speak with Erik Gordon, professor at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, about the Robinhood IPO.
