Oil restricted by one million barrels a day
(Global Edition) From the BBC World Service... There'll be one million fewer barrels of oil available per day, all in an effort control the price of liquid gold. The Saudis, the U.S. and the Russian oil producers are all in talks , but we find out why prices at pump will stay pretty much the same for most people. Then, the biggest online sales in the world are in China: $1 billion were spent in the first 85 seconds of Singles Day. And all eyes are on Brazil, as a controversial new government beds in. We'll speak to their outgoing finance minister Eduardo Guardia.
