Yo can still see this in Louisville Kentucky with a WalMart in planning for at least 10 years now in an impoverished area at 18th and W Broadway. There have been questionable reasons like the image fitting the Retro style of the neighborhood. No one cares about this, we just want a WalMart nearer than 10 miles by bus.
