Hi Madeline, I have been doing this anger-meditation for about 3 weeks now, almost every day, sometimes twice a day. And I got further, than in half a year seeing a therapist. I keep going through all the people, who might be important for me for this issue and the anger keeps changing and getting weeker everytime. So do the various symptoms of my chronical illnesses.
