    just served this dish! daddy's not home yet so he hasn't tasted it, but we were all hungry and there was just 15 min left, I tested a biscuit and it was done. served it, not all the biscuits were done (since I served the chicken and dumplings early), but I got the green light to make this meal again! I just need to double the recipe in order to feed four adults, maybe i'll roll the biscuits out before cutting them. mom was surprised this tasted a lot like "real" chicken and dumplings.

    it always helps for me to cook supper sometimes so my dad doesn't have to (I currently live at home). but I cant make fancy dinners because of my energy level. this recipe would be perfect!

    going to try it next week after daddy goes grocery shopping. i'll use the chicken tenderloins that daddy keeps on hand, and probably season it with Badia instead of using onions. i think the best thing about this recipe is all or most of the ingredients are already in the house, or are easy and cheap to get.
