10 ARM BALANCES: AND HOW TO GET IN!
When I first began a personal yoga asana practice, it was the desire to play with arm balances that lured me back to the mat again and again. The strength and elegant grace they required were an inspiring mirage on the horizon. Little by little, my body rose to the task. What at first felt impossible became really very doable once I'd logged enough time and sweat on the mat.
Now I share the tips and insights that "unlocked" the arm balances for me. I hope these teachings offer a key to unlocking these poses for you too. There is no substitute for practice, and don't forget to keep having fun.
