My name is Jason Matthew (BSc. Biochemistry and Chemistry, MPhil Pharmacology; UWI). I have taught both introductory and advanced biochemistry courses at the tertiary level.
I was fortunate enough to be taught by some wonderful teachers who showed me first hand the impact of a good teacher on a student’s future. I knew from an early age that I wanted to devote my time and energy into this noble career. I am a strong advocate of blended learning, the flipped classroom approach and the use of technology in education.
