Let’s just say this isn’t how you really make jam. It’s a quick cheating method with pectin (a chemical). I add 2 bananas- strawberry banana jam is my fav. I do the regular method (stewing the strawberries) and putting the jars in boiling water to seal them.

I have recently undergone bariatric surgery and can no longer have more than 2 grams go added sugar. Can this recipe substitute Stevia for the sugar and if so would you have any idea how much yo use? Thanks for the lesson.

Was always curious on how to make the jams this way seems like a lot of sugar i'm going to go half and half with splenda and try a reduced sugar version. Your video helped alot to see the whole process.
