Thank you, Hendrik. I see from my words that I left out a main point. The main focus of your course is military history, which is also the focus of almost all of the Curious history courses. I am looking for more world history that integrates Asian and African countries, and I hope Curious will broaded its approach. That said, I learned a lot from your course, and I realize an understanding of all the Israeli wars is critical in its history. Thank you again.

I have some courses awaiting approval, i.e. German history after WW2. There are no wars, except the Cold War and the German division. It is the same 5-minutes concept though. Perhaps that is more interesting. The same accounts for U.S. history in the 20th century and other courses. Anyway, I (we) have to wait until they are approved by Curious, although the lessons are certified already. Please watch the German course or a few lessons and let me know what you think. It would help me. Hendrik

I found the lectures were hard to understand. They were spoken too fast, with one point racing into another, and clarity of both words and concepts was often diminished. I also found the concept of summarizing a country's history ( "The Modern History of Israel") to be oversimplified and very disappointing.

Thank you for your comment which I see as an opportunity to improve my lectures. You have a fair point. I am very quick presenting intellectually demanding content (which I know from university). The idea of the H5 lectures is to give a quick but solid overview of the main historic events. Anyway, I am planning in-depth documanteries, especially with regards to Israel.
