Hi, I apologize for being a klutz, but was so excited about this hat that i just had to have that pattern--wasn't thinking beyond that. Started the pattern tonight and I guess I should look at the video to make sure I've got the right shape to the granny. Thanks so much for the written pattern!!!!! ec
Gilly's Craft World
That is quite alright. I totally understand. Let me know if you need any help. The pattern is supposed to work with the video. Where you see the numbers on the video, they correspond to the numbers on the pattern, so you know where it is on the video. Feel free to ask if you need any help. Have a wonderful day!

Sorry I have to write and ask you if you are sending me written instructions for the granny square hat that I paid for with my credit card. I'm waiting for either a response or a confirm that you have credited my account. I only do hard copy pattern instruction. tks.
Gilly's Craft World
Hi, Esther. Thanks for joining this lesson. The written instructions come with the class and is an attachment. Just see where the attachments are and you can download the pattern. Let me know if you can't find them. Thanks so much.

Great lesson, I made the afghan squares smaller - 4 rounds - for a child's hat.
Gilly's Craft World
That is awesome. Glad it worked out!

thanks for the great lesson. I do squares a lot but have never used them for a hat! I also learned a new stitch -- reverse single crochet!
Gilly's Craft World
You are welcome. So glad you learn't reverse single crochet. I love using that stitch to finish off projects. :)

Great tutorial. The video quality was great I could actually see the detail on each stitch which helps so much especially on the sewing together part. Keep doing what you are doing. I enjoyed it so much
