Sure thing, Donna! I'm so glad you asked. Avoiding burnout is a really common struggle among entreprneurs. Three strategies you might try to prevent this are: 1) Schedule non-negotiable downtime & be true to it. 2) Indulge yourself frequently. 3) Stay centered whether that is through physcial activity, spiritual practice or whatever calms you.
